Negotiation

• Action: When offers come in, we will help you negotiate the purchase price and terms to reach an agreement.

The Inspection & Memorandum

• The Agreement: Once a price is settled, email us immediately.
• Inspection: The Buyer and Seller will schedule the home inspection.
• The Memo of Sale: After the inspection is approved and any issues are resolved, we will send you the Memorandum of Sale. You will fill this out with your info and the buyer’s info and email it back to us.
• Attorneys: We send the finalized Memo to both attorneys to begin the contract drafting.

Going “Under Contract”

• Action: Once both parties have signed the contracts and the down payment is deposited, we are officially “UC.” We will change the status on the MLS from “For Sale” to “Under Contract.”
