These procedures outline the minimum requirements a prospective purchaser must meet before receiving services from Maison Pawli.

Requirements for Prospective Homebuyers

1. Identification

Maison Pawli does not require prospective buyers to provide photo identification to begin working with us. However, individual property owners, developers, managing agents, or listing brokers may require identification prior to a showing or building entry. When such requirements apply, we will communicate them to buyers in advance.

2. Buyer Representation Agreement

Maison Pawli does not require an exclusive buyer representation agreement to work with a prospective purchaser. Buyers may choose to enter into such an agreement for enhanced representation, but it is not mandatory.

3. Mortgage Pre‑Approval

Maison Pawli does not require a mortgage pre‑approval letter to begin working with a prospective purchaser. However, certain property owners, developers, or listing brokers may require a pre‑approval prior to scheduling a showing. If this applies, we will notify buyers promptly.

Purpose of These Procedures

These standardized procedures ensure that all prospective buyers are treated consistently and fairly. They do not limit Maison Pawli’s ability to request additional information as needed to fulfill fiduciary duties, comply with legal obligations, or meet property‑specific requirements.
