• Property Condition Disclosure Statement: Detailed history of the home’s condition.
• NYS Housing and Anti-Discrimination Disclosure Form.
• NYS Agency Disclosure Form: For both buyer and seller.
• Residential Property Data Section: The input form for MLS specs.
• Lead Paint Disclosure: Mandatory if the house was built before 1978.
• Broker Compensation Agreement: Confirmation of the seller’s agreement to compensate the buyer’s broker from sale proceeds.
