Standardized Operating Procedures for Prospective Homebuyers

Pursuant to New York State Real Property Law §442‑H

Maison Pawli Real Estate makes the following Standardized Operating Procedures available to the public. A printed copy is available upon request at our office.

To receive services from Maison Pawli Real Estate:

  • Photo Identification There is no general requirement to provide photo identification to work with Maison Pawli. However, individual property owners, developers, managing agents, or listing brokers may require identification prior to a showing or building entry. When this occurs, we will communicate those requirements to prospective buyers.
  • Buyer Representation Agreement Maison Pawli does not require an exclusive buyer representation agreement in order to work with a prospective purchaser.
  • Mortgage Pre‑Approval A mortgage pre‑approval is not required to begin working with Maison Pawli. However, certain property owners, developers, or listing brokers may require a pre‑approval prior to scheduling a showing. If such a requirement applies, we will inform buyers promptly.
